Patient Forms

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Harper to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. Dr. Harper is committed to taking the time to listen to his patients and their concerns. This initial visit is designed to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can best meet your goals.

After your consultation, Dr. Harper will perform a complete chiropractic examination to help determine what is the cause of any symptoms you may be experiencing.  This will consist of neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests that will help aid in finding the correct and accurate diagnosis.

X-Ray Studies

X-rays are critical to allow us develop the most effective treatment plan for you and alert us of any serious spinal conditions that may be present.  The accuracy of the chiropractic adjustments depends upon an accurate analysis of the way your spine has misaligned.  There is absolutely NO guesswork at Southeast Precision Clinic!  To see is to know and to not see is to guess:  rest assured we will NEVER guess about something as important as your health. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.

Report of Findings

Once the data is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. Harper will sit down, one on one with you to give you a detailed report of all your findings and answer any questions including:

1. How can you help me?  This includes explaining what we can and cannot do to help you with chiropractic care.

2. How often do I need to come in?  Treatment is tailored to each patient's unique need and conditions.

3. What will my treatment cost?  The most important investment you can make is in your health!

After reviewing your health history, goals, examining your spine, and taking precise X-rays, Dr. Harper will discuss his treatment recommendations and notify you if your condition requires a referral for evaluation or care with any other providers. Our goal at Southeast Precision will always be to provide the BEST treatment and wellness program for your needs.

Each treatment plan is custom tailored based on each patient's needs and there is no 'cookie-cutter mold' that fits every patient.  Factors such as the length of time that problems have been present or recent accidents/traumas can all influence the recommended course of treatment.

Wellness Program

Prior to leaving, the doctor will suggest a wellness program to incorporate outside of treatment. If you have specific areas that have been identified as problematic, this will include specific instructions for applying ice to any of these areas of inflammation in your spine.  It may also require changes in posture including stitching exercises or modifications to sleeping positions.  All of these important factors will be discussed with you in detail during your course of treatment.

We look forward to hearing from you
